What’s included
- Collection of the deceased from a location within 25 miles of one of our funeral home. We do not charge extra for collection outside of normal office hours. If the deceased is further afield in the UK or abroad, we can quote accordingly.
- All necessary work to arrange the collection of the deceased, arrangement of the burial.
- Provision of a simple wood coffin with handles and nameplate suitable for burial.
- Interment fees.
What’s not included
- Purchase of grave.
- Choice of date/time of the burial.
- This funeral choice does not include a ceremony and therefore no one is able to attend the burial.
- Hearse – the deceased will be conveyed to the crematorium in a private ambulance.
- Limousine – because this is an unattended funeral, there are no limousines included.
- Obituary (online). This can be arranged for an extra charge.
- Floral tributes.
An unattended burial is the simple low-cost option that provides everything needed for a no fuss funeral.

Prices are set by third parties (e.g. The Crematorium), not by the funeral director.
Third party costs
These costs are for essential, non-funeral director services required to carry out a cremation or burial, which need to be paid at the time of the funeral, these costs are outside the control of your funeral director.
